Velva will be the name I prefer to be called with having said that i don't like when people use my full name. Climbing is the hobby she will never stop following through on. Guam has always been her home but her husband wants them to safely move.

First off I want to say awesome blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints? Thank you!
