Velva will be the name I prefer to be called with having said that i don't like when people use my full name. Climbing is the hobby she will never stop following through on. Guam has always been her home but her husband wants them to safely move.

First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Cheers!
