Velva will be the name I prefer to be called with having said that i don't like when people use my full name. Climbing is the hobby she will never stop following through on. Guam has always been her home but her husband wants them to safely move.

First of all I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Thank you!
