Velva will be the name I prefer to be called with having said that i don't like when people use my full name. Climbing is the hobby she will never stop following through on. Guam has always been her home but her husband wants them to safely move.

First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips? Many thanks!
