you have recently had or will be having bypass heart surgery
you are within the last 3 months of pregnancy
Contact your doctor or doctor immediately if one of these apply to you personally.
Some medical conditions may interact with Piroxicam. If you hold any medical conditions, particularly if any of these apply to you tell your physician or druggist:
In case you are pregnant, intending to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
In case you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
For those who are allergic to medicines, foods, or other substances
When you have a history of kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, or belly or bowel problems (eg, hemorrhage, perforation, ulcers)
When you have a background of swelling or fluid accumulation, asthma, growths in the nostril (nasal polyps), or mouth irritation
When you have high blood pressure, a blood disorder, bleeding or clotting problems, heart problems (eg, heart failure), or blood vessel disease, or if you may be in danger for any of these disorders
In case you have poor health, dehydration or low liquid volume, or low blood sodium levels, you drink alcohol, or you possess a history of alcohol misuse.
Some medicines might interact with Piroxicam. Communicate to your doctor if you are getting any other medications, especially the following:
Anticoagulants (eg, warfarin), bayer, corticosteroids (eg, prednisone), heparin, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) (eg, fluoxetine) because the chance of stomach bleeding may be increased
Probenecid because it might increase the danger of Piroxicam's side effects
Cyclosporine, hydantoins (eg, phenytoin), lithium, methotrexate, quinolones (eg, ciprofloxacin), sulfonamides (eg, sulfamethoxazole), or sulfonylureas (eg, glipizide) because the danger of the side effects may be raised by Feldene

Important safety information:
Feldene could cause dizziness or drowsiness. These effects might be worse if you take it with alcohol or specific medications. Use Feldene with warning. Do not drive or perform other possible unsafe tasks until you realize how you respond to it.
Severe gut ulcers or bleeding can happen with the use of Feldene. Taking it in high doses or for quite a long time, smoking, or drinking alcohol increases the risk of these negative outcomes.
